1. Who We Are

DestinaZi is operated by Feng Shui Life Essence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 16051606), with its registered office in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, which is the controller of your data. 2. What Data We Collect

To generate your reports and predictions, we collect:

• Name and email address
• For the Membership account: your email address and a password. The password is stored only in encrypted form and cannot be read by us; you can change it at any time with “Forgot your password?”
• Date, time, and place of birth (required for the astrological calculation)
• Gender (used in the KUA and Luck Pillars calculation)
• Delivery address and phone number, only if you buy books or the printed School workbook (collected through Stripe)
• Payment details — processed entirely by Stripe; we never store or see your card number

3. Why We Collect This Data

Date, time, and place of birth are essential for any accurate BaZi calculation — without them, the chart cannot be generated. We don't collect more than what's needed for the service requested.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To generate the PDF report or prediction you ordered
• To send you the report/prediction by email
• To manage your subscription (Membership DestinaZi), if applicable
• For communications strictly related to your order (confirmations, invoices)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Data is stored on secure servers (Render.com) and in our email marketing platform (Brevo), both with their own security and GDPR compliance policies. The website is hosted on Netlify. Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe.

The birthplace search uses geographic data from GeoNames (geonames.org), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). The search runs on our own servers, so the place name you type is not sent to any external service.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account or subscription, plus the period required for legal/tax obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

This site only uses essential cookies for functionality (e.g., your RO/EN language preference, saved locally in your browser). We don't use advertising tracking cookies. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may send your IP address to Google.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request full deletion of your data ("the right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications, at any time

For any such request, write to otilia@destinazi.com — we respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. If a report is ordered for a minor, it must be done exclusively by a parent or legal guardian, with their own details as the order holder.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. The last update date always appears at the top of the page.
