The reports, consultations, and materials offered through DestinaZi are for informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes. They represent interpretations based on traditional Chinese metaphysics systems (BaZi, Feng Shui) and do not constitute:

The PDF report (£57) is generated individually from the details you enter and sent to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. If you have not received it within 30 minutes, check your Spam folder or write to otilia@destinazi.com. The consultation session (£150, complete report included) is scheduled separately: Otilia will contact you within 48 hours of your order to agree a time together. The DestinaZi Membership subscription starts immediately after payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DestinaZi does not store card details. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes, as required by law.
5.1 Digital reports (£57 and the report part of £150). The report is personalised digital content, delivered immediately at your express request. Next to the payment button you are shown a statement asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging that, once delivery begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel the order within 14 days. By paying, you accept this statement, and you also receive it by email after payment. For this reason we do not offer refunds after delivery. Exceptions: if the report has a technical error, does not reach you, or does not match its description, we will correct it, resend it or refund you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5.2 Consultation session (£150). You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel, we refund the session part of the price (£150 minus £57, the value of the delivered report). The report remains yours.
5.3 DestinaZi Membership subscription (£29/month). The service starts immediately after payment, at your express request. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days of ordering, we refund the amount minus a proportionate charge for the service already provided. After the first 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals; the month already paid is not refunded.
Price: £29 per month, charged automatically each month from the day of ordering until cancelled. There is no free trial. The subscription includes: a daily email at 07:00 with your 07:00 Compass, personalised to your chart; a monthly email at the start of each BaZi month; access to the Compatibility, Industry & Career and personalised Auspicious Days tools. You can cancel at any time, from the subscription-management link in the daily emails or by writing to otilia@destinazi.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, with no penalties.
The Romanian books are sold on pre-order, at the price shown on the website. We deliver to Europe and North America. Postage is included in the price, and delivery starts on 16 November 2026. If a book does not reach you by 30 November 2026, we will refund you. The English editions are bought on Amazon, under Amazon's terms.
Right to cancel for books: you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the books, without giving a reason, and you can also cancel before they arrive. Tell us in writing at otilia@destinazi.com, then send the books back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received them. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the books back. You pay the cost of returning them. A dedication is written only after you confirm it by email. A book with a dedication written at your request is a personalised product and cannot be returned within 14 days; without a dedication, your 14-day right remains.
BaZi School (DestinaZi School of BaZi & Classical Wisdom): the price includes the online lessons, the weekly live session, the exercises, the exam and the study workbook, with postage included. You can cancel within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. The digital course materials open at the first lesson, and we post the printed workbook after the 14 days from payment have passed; until it arrives, you have the PDF version. If, at your request, the course starts within those 14 days and you cancel, you pay only the proportionate part for the lessons you have already had access to, and we refund the rest within 14 days. The Romanian group opens first, and the English group follows.
The content of the reports, methodology, and DestinaZi materials are the property of Feng Shui Life Essence Ltd. Reports are for the client's personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Birth data and personal information provided are used exclusively to generate the requested report. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Feng Shui Life Essence Ltd is not liable for decisions made by clients based on information from reports or consultations. Services are provided "as is", without explicit guarantees regarding the accuracy of future predictions. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of DestinaZi services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
